International Buyers :

Merchandise is marked as what it is with its purchased value - We are not responsible for international shipments, buyer bears the entire risk of loss
or damage as International orders cannot be insured.
Overseas Items will be sent only at a buyer's own risk by
US Postal Service Registered overseas mail for a flat rate of $15 (no insurance
coverage is available).
The seller can not assume responsibility for the items lost in mail.
